ADVANCE PAYMENT AND BOOKING
1. We do not book apartments for the term of rent less than 3 nights.
2. If a planned term of residing less than 3 nights, there are possible some variants:
- You can contact us before your arrival or in a day of arrival and receive the information about apartments available for rent. Without fulfilment of an advance payment we cannot guarantee you settling. But our managers will make everything that depends on them to find the suitable variant satisfying all your needs and conditions. In this case we do not give you a guarantee of settling, but as our experience shows, in 95 % we manage to find a suitable variant.
- There can be a situation when between two bookings there is a window in the day-two conterminous with the terms of your stay. Then we can guarantee to you booking of an apartment in case of reception of an advance payment for all period of residing.
- If you need a 100 % guarantee of settlement, you can pay 3 day of stay and reserve chosen apartment.
3. If your planned term of residing is 3-7 nights, you should pay a cost of 1 day of residing in chosen apartment or a cottage as the reservation payment.
4. If your planned term of residing is 7-15 nights, you should pay a cost of 2-5 days of residing in chosen apartment or a cottage as the reservation payment.
5. If your planned term of residing is 15-30 nights, you should pay a cost of 5-7 day of residing in chosen apartment or a cottage as the reservation payment.
6. If your planned term of residing is more than 30 nights, you should pay 30 % of cost of residing in chosen apartment or a cottage as the reservation payment.
7. During the great holidays or hign resort season there can be situations when owners of properties offered in rent, demand 100 % as an advance payment. In that case you should pay 100 % of cost as the reservation payment. Besides in the specified cases the size of an advance payment can be increased or reduced by owners.
8. The advance payment is included in a cost of residing.
9. The advance payment can be made by means of a bank payment to ours hrivna or dollar card accounts. We accept payments from the organizations and the enterprises of Ukraine in the non-cash form to our account. Also in Ukraine we accept payments by means of all existing systems of money transfer that do not require an account opening (Privat Money, Pravex Telegraph, Ukrsotsbank SOFT, etc.). You can make an advance payment from abroad by means of WesternUnion system. Also you can make cash payment having visited our office.
10. Booking is considered to be valid only after reception of an advance payment by agency.
11. After reception of your advance payment, the received sum sends to owners of an apartment or to our partners. After that we send you confirmation of the reservation to your e-mail or a mobile phone with the instruction of the address of an apartment and term of rent. If during reception of your advance payment (it takes from 15 minutes till three days) chosen by you apartment will be reserved by other client, we shall find to you a similar variant. If you will not accept any of the offered variants, we shall return to you money minus the commission raised by bank or payment system.
12. Apartments which are offered to you for booking are apartments which are free for the dates chosen by you right now. In the market of daily rent of apartments offer is exceeded much more with the demand, therefore the apartment offered to you can be reserved by other client or the partner at any moment. Therefore, if you accept the offered apartment, do not tighten with an advance payment, reserve it as soon as possible.

* From April till September in Khmelnitskiy and other cities of Ukraine (especially resorts) the great demand on the apartments offered for short-term rent is observed, therefore we recommend you to think about apartments booking in 2-3 weeks minimum before desired dates. For New year and May holidays - minimum for 1-2 months. For example, it was very problematic to reserve an apartment in Lvov for a month before May holidays and New year.

CANCELLING OF THE RESERVATION
1. After receiving confirmation of your reservation the dates of booking can not be changed. If you wish to change the date of your arrival, you should reserve an apartment anew. In this case the advance payment won't be returned to you by agency.
2. If you do not come to the stipulated term, the advance payment won't be returned.
3. If you leave before stipulated term, the advance payment won't be returned.

* Having received an advance payment, the owner of an apartment refuses to other clients, wishing to rent the apartment on the same period. If you do not come, if you want to change dates of arrival or leave before the reserved term the owner of an apartment incurs losses, because to find the client and to compensate expenses is possible only in 10-15 % of similar cases. Therefore at any reason of your refusal after receiving a confirmation of reservation, the advance payment won't be returned to you. Please, carefully plan your time in order to prevent such a situations. All we are people and we perfectly understand our clients, in fact it is not always possible to plan for certain. Nevertheless the agency cannot incur the obligation and bear the responsibility for planning of your personal time.

HOTEL SERVICE
Each apartment is served by the parlourmaid. Depending on the chosen apartment there is a scheduled cleaning each 3-7 days including replacement of bed-clothes and towels. Off-schedule cleaning can be made for an additional pay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
1. Check-in time - 14:00. You should necessarily have the passport when checking-in. Apartment rent agreement will be subscribed with you and you'll be given a payment receipt.
2. While checking-in you should pay all term of stay in an apartment minus the sum of an advance payment.
3. While checking-in you should pay a deposit for an apartment and keys at a rate of 1 day of residing cost in the chosen apartment on a case of loss of keys or damage of an apartment. The deposit will be returned to you, when you check-out an apartment and return keys if the was no damage caused to an apartment.
4. Check-out time - 12:00.
5. Early settling (till 14:00) - you can be settled in the chosen apartment till 14:00 if the chosen apartment will be free (an apartment is not booked, the client has checked-out at night or early in the morning). In that case you should pay cost of half-day of residing in the given apartment.
6. Late check-out is possible at condition of the reservation absence on the given apartment by other client. In that case after the preliminary coordination with managers of agency (a minimum for 1 day) such opportunity will be given to you. At eviction till 18:00 you should pay cost of half-day of residing in the given apartment. At eviction after 18:00 - cost of 1 day of residing in the given apartment.

* It takes time to clean an apartment before your arrival. It is required from 45 minutes till 2 hours. Furthermore there are situations when simultaneously it is required to clean several apartments. Apartments are located on the certain distance from each other, and it takes time to reach them by the parlourmaiden. For this reason check-out time - 12:00, and check-in time - 14:00.

REPLACEMENT OF THE APARTMENT
If for any reasons you did not like the given apartment (situations happen different and all conditions cannot be stipulated preliminary), the agency will give to you an apartment of a similar level at presence of free apartments, but not earlier, than the next day after receipt such a requirements of replacement of an apartment because process of search of a similar variant borrows certain time.. Possible cases are absence of the stipulated convenience, the impossibility of staying in the given apartment on a state of health - there is a repair in an entrance, a dust, and your child has an asthma or an allergy, etc.)

Please, in order to prevent possible misunderstanding, think over and discuss all the important aspects with our managers at a stage of selection of an apartment. It will allow both to you, and to us to save forces and emotions.

PRELIMINARY VIEWING OF THE APARTMENT
The one and only 100 % opportunity to estimate a condition and a class of an apartment offered to you, is viewing photos and descriptions of an apartment on our web-site. The agency does not give an opportunity of preliminary viewing of an apartment. Please, understand us correctly. This rule is dictated not by our unwillingness to give you such an opportunity, but by our care of our clients. Earlier we gave such opportunity, but in 90 % of cases encountered discontent of our clients. Whether you have arrived with business visit or on rest, you will not want to distract on such aspects, as display of your apartment to other clients. In fact for this purpose you should coordinate in addition your schedule with the manager of agency, and manager should coordinate his shedule with the client wishing preliminary to examine an apartment. Often enough it is very hard to organize the given process. On the organization of viewing a lot of time and forces of our managers leaves. And time, as is known, is money. Besides in such cases always, even at a subconscious level, you will have fears about safety of your things.
Therefore, proceeding from stated above reasons, we try to reflect on a maximum a condition of an apartment offered to you by means of photos. On a site there are not the best photos of an apartments, but a photo reflecting a real condition of things. Believe, the personnel of agency, as well as all normal people, doesn't have pleasure with complaint of our clients concerning discrepancy of a real condition of an apartment to the photos given for viewing.

BUT... When it is possible, we always go towards to our clients. Therefore, if you wish to organize preliminary viewing of the apartment which have attracted to you, and the apartment is free, it is possible to organize under the preliminary arrangement with managers of agency. The given function is not included into the list of obligations of our managers, and it is economically inefficiently to have a separate position in a staff for display apartments . Therefore preview of one apartment costs 10$ in hrivna equivalent. You distract the manager from performance of its direct duties with displaying of an apartment .

RESIDING WITH ANIMALS
If you plan to live in an apartment with any animal, it is necessary to coordinate the given aspect with managers of agency at a stage of booking of an apartment. If you do not discuss it in advance, there is a high probability, that you will be refused in renting booked apartment during the moment of settling. Thus advance payment won't be returned to you. Residing with animals is authorized in some apartments, but only after the coordination with agency or the owner of an apartment.

APPENDICES
1. If for the period of your residing in an apartment there were any malfunctions, (the electricity was gone, the crane proceeds, the TV does not work), immediately in order to prevent possible misunderstanding inform our managers about details.
2. The most important rule during residing at the apartments is to adhere the generally established rules of behaviour in a society, to not rustle and to not turn on music up loud after 22:00, to observe cleanliness in an apartment, to not worsen a sanitary and technical condition of an apartment and the house in which the apartment located.
3. DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE APARTMENTS! Smoking is admissible only in places specially allocated for it. On balconies or at absence of a balcony - on a ladder platform.
