The good site with big pergola and a fireplace, a water borehole of 75 m. depth with the purest water. There is a Dnepr near the house. The utensils and devices are calculated on 30 visitors!!!
The house very big and capacious 510 sq.m. 5 bedrooms + a children's room, 2 kitchens, 2 big halls, 4 bathrooms, a sauna. Euro repair of 2003. All beds are double! There is an Internet, satellite TV on 600 channels, a house cinema, DVD, a karaoke. Also the house is completely equipped with all necessary home appliances and bedding.
Site behind the house is not very big (5 ares), but very compact as contains huge covered kitchen-pergola with a fireplace from a red brick in it where without ceremony it is possible to prepare an excellent shish kebab. This territory is almost completely closed by trees, to be in a court yard is very pleasantly.
There are two rules, which has been spoken by the owner: «1. Music in the street till 23-00 (in the house though all day and night). 2. Do not smoke inside the house (balconies are more than enough). »
For visitors with cars it is necessary to notice that there is very convenient garage on 2 cars (under the house), 4 cars can be put in a court yard.
The sauna is made competently and qualitatively, calculated on 4-5 person. Before an entrance to sauna there is a room (12 sq.m.) where it is possible "to cool down", a double shower and a bathroom.
The hall on a ground floor is joined with kitchen by means of "window", therefore in a case of big celebration it won't be a problem to deliver ready dishes on a table. It won't take a lot of time
Hall on last floor (34 sq.m.) is simply ideal place for installation of the musical equipment. Besides along two walls at a level of 1.5 meters from a floor there is an oak window sill (wine-glasses, plates, all will contain).
Balconies in bedrooms are big with a handrail from a dark oak, very conveniently. A view from balconies and windows, without exaggeration is unbelievable.
Pleasant addition to all is a cleanliness in the house. In bathrooms there are disposable soap, shampoo, towels.
